SHIPPING

We use Australia Post! Items are typically shipped the same or following day from our warehouse in Sydney. 

You can choose Australia Post Standard for $9.99 or Express for only $15.00. For Shipping times please refer to the Australia Post website

If longer times are expected you will be contacted via email within 24hrs. 

We are committed to be a sustainable company and always choose most sustainable ways of running the business this is why we have chosen a carbon neutral delivery service and we only use satchels that are biodegradable or recycled carboard boxes. 

RETURNS
If you are not happy in any way with your iNNi Home purchase, simply return it to us in original condition within 15 days for a full refund. (Shipping at your expense) Please contact us via email (info@innihome.com.au) for the warranty form before sending.

FAULTY ITEMS
All our products carry a 12 month guarantee, if you have any problems with any of our goods within the guarantee period please contact us to arrange a replacement.
